At Cuckoo Cakes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your home delivered baking kit. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.
General Returns
If you are not satisfied with your received order, you have 2 days from the date of receipt to contact us at info@cuckoocakes.co.uk. Please send photos if you have received damaged goods.
You may return your baking kit, provided it is unopened, in its original packaging and condition, along with any enclosed documents.
You are responsible for covering the postage costs for the return, and the item remains your responsibility until it is received by us.
In the event of receiving a faulty product, we will refund your delivery costs.
Right of Withdrawal
When you shop online, you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days in the EU (Consumer Contracts Regulations) and 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015). This allows you to withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to us.
