At Cuckoo Cakes, we aim to provide an excellent experience from order to delivery. Below is all the information you need regarding our delivery options.

Delivery Costs

We offer straightforward delivery pricing to ensure no hidden costs.

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

    • Delivery is £3.00 per month using standard delivery.

    • Your baking kit will be delivered to your door every month for as long as your subscription is active.

  • Prepaid Subscription Bundles (3, 6, and 12 months) and Gift Cards:

    • Free delivery is included in all prepaid bundles or gift cards.

    • When you purchase a bundle or gift card, delivery is on us!

Subscription and Bundle Orders

For subscriptions and bundles, your baking kits will be shipped on the last working day of each month following your purchase. You can expect to receive your kits through your letterbox within the first week of the following month.

  • If you place your order within 5 days of the last working day of the month, your subscription or bundle will be shipped the following month.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Delivery (UK): 2–5 working days depending on your location.
    Please note, delivery times may be longer during busy periods like Christmas or special promotions.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted delivery services, such as Royal Mail and EVRi, to get your kits to you in perfect condition.

Packaging

We ensure all orders are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order is damaged or missing, please contact our customer service team at info@cuckoocakes.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

  • For delayed deliveries, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, as delays can occur during busy periods.
